There is never any good connotation for insanity, because in short it is repeating a behavior that is not going to give you the results you seek. You may liken it to continuously using your head to bang a brick wall and thinking each time, “I am going to knock it down”. In reality, that concept is not possible and is actually insane.


Some approach life the exact same way, keeping up a behavior that is not fruitful. When you know what you want the end result to look like, your efforts have to align with achieving that result. When you don’t garner the results you are seeking, adjust your attempts accordingly.


Not making the necessary changes will keep you on the “Insanity Train”. Think about the ways in which you can change your train ride or course of action and make significant progress.
