Kindness Balm

If asked what kindness is, most would respond being nice to someone or doing something nice for someone. You would be correct. The effort it takes to demonstrate kindness varies contingent upon one’s intent to be kind. In some instances, it’s not that we are intentionally not exercising kindness; it’s that we have become so consumed with what is on our plates that kindness may not show up as second nature. If that is you, think about how you can exude your kindness just with your being.

It doesn’t take much to be kind. It can be as simple as smiling or greeting people whether you know them or not. Some instances, it can be a compliment or a wish of a good day. In fact, it can be the mere fact that you acknowledge them.


Being kind is your good disposition in action for the benefit of others. And you may never know the difference it will make in another’s life.
